Exhibition Services

Organising a stand and exhibiting overseas can be pretty daunting – but the CEA can make it easier. We can book and build your stand (often at substantially discounted rates), help you with freight forwarding and customs clearance, letters of invitation and visas, insurance and travel advice, market and sector information – and for selected shows we can arrange government grants to help cover costs for new exporters of companies new to specific markets.

Government grant funding is available to British exhibitors via the CEA's official links with UK Trade & Investment's (UKTI) International Business Schemes programme. The CEA is a fully accredited UKTI sponsor. We can also assist you to claim grants at exhibitions where there is no official British Group – but UKTI Solo funding may be available.

Highly experienced CEA staff will be at the exhibition well before you arrive, to ensure that all your furniture and freight have arrived and that your stand is built to specification and ready for you to occupy. Of course, if you prefer to book and build your own stand that is fine too – we can just arrange a grant for you if you are eligible.

At the event as part of the British Group you will have full use of CEA arranged Information Centre services such as phone, e-mail, refreshments, on-stand interpreters, meeting areas, etc. If you do not want the expense of a full stand, then we can arrange a low cost "display only" package. Over 250 UK based construction equipment companies have used our exhibition services. Shows in our regular programme include events in Europe, North and South America, China, India, South East Asia and Russia.
