Plant Recovery Sparked by CESAR
The new National Plant Intelligence Unit, part-funded by the CEA via CESAR sales, has hit the ground running. Press reports indicate that £500,000 of stolen kit was recovered in the first three weeks of its existence, with three arrests resulting. Police up and down the country are now tuned in to plant theft issues. No more so than in Hampshire... with this tale of digger and tractor theft...
