CEA UK Pavilions - Making Your Life Easy!

Many CEA members have exhibited as part of a CEA UK Pavilion, benefiting from cost effective, fully fitted turnkey stands, at major global shows such as Bauma, Intermat, Conexpo or in more far flung corners of the world like China, Brazil, India and even Iran. Judging by the amount of repeat bookings and great feedback we receive, we think we must be doing something right.

For those readers who have not yet been part of a UK Pavilion, let me explain what it involves - and tell you how they can make your life so much easier. We understand how time consuming organising an exhibition stand is - and our role is to make the exhibiting experience as painless as possible. The CEA negotiate with exhibition organisers for large blocks of raw space at discounted rates - at big shows like Bauma this means you get all the space you want and not just scaled down stands offered by going direct.

We have long established relationships with stand contractors in each exhibition venue and negotiate great value stand building on behalf of exhibitors. We will look at the exhibitor manual for each show, sometimes running into hundreds of pages, and work out exactly which forms you need to complete - and when the deadlines are. A typical CEA shell scheme package gives you stand construction, lighting, electricity, carpeting, name fascia and a choice of furniture packages. We manage everything for you - all you need to do is turn up and position your products and graphics - freeing your staff up to get on with the important things - like selling!

 

 

 

As well as stand space and construction, the CEA can offer advice and assistance with freight forwarding, accommodation, insurance, visas, interpreters, cleaning, graphics and general market information. At most exhibitions the CEA organises a UK Group networking reception, a UK Group brochure for distribution to visitors and the press and provides an industry information centre which serves as a meeting point and a place to get drinks and snacks … all free of charge.
