CEA Trade Mission to Brazil: 08-16 August 2011
The CEA will run an exciting trade mission to Brazil from 08-16 August, led by Joanna Oliver MBE, which will run alongside the new M&T Parts and Services and Contractors Solutions exhibitions in Sao Paulo (10-13 August). The CEA has a small stand at the exhibition which will be available for use by the CEA trade missioners for poster and brochure display and as a meeting point. Only two places remain on this mission so, if you are interested, act now.
BICES - Beijing, China: 18-21 October 2011
The CEA will run a UK Pavilion at BICES 2011 - making this our fifth time at BICES, the biggest construction equipment exhibition in China this year. Most of the leading manufacturers, both domestic and international will exhibit at BICES 2011 and it is an excellent meeting place for OEM and component manufacturers alike to meet potential buyers, agents and distributors and also to source materials and components. Exhibiting on your own in China can be a nightmare - let the CEA take the strain with its fully fitted turnkey UK Pavilion.
China Seminar: 24-27 October 2011
Following BICES, the CEA will run a Meet the Buyer China Seminar and visits. The format is an excellent way to get your company known to an audience of invited Chinese manufacturers and end users. As an Accredited Trade Organiser (ATO) for UKTI, the CEA has been successfully delivering UKTI Advanced Engineering Sector events for many years. The CEA has a wide network of industry contacts in China - and is supported by Off-Highway Research Ltd - the only sector specific research company in China. Off-Highway Research has key contacts at all the major Chinese manufacturers and can easily open doors for the UK groups. The CEA pioneered the Meet the Buyer Seminar format in China in 2003 and has been running well supported and successful events annually since then. A high level of companies request to return each year.
Algeria... open the door to a new market
The CEA is going ahead with its plans to run a UK Pavilion, subject to demand, at the SITP exhibition from 21-24 November 2011 - and run a parallel trade mission. The trade mission will build on the CEA's contacts with Algerian government ministries. The British Ambassador has kindly offered to host a networking reception at his residence in Algiers for the mission and his commercial team will organise a mission briefing with local finance, legal and business experts. The CEA has been awarded UKTI grant funding of £1,400 per eligible company for exhibitors at the SITP exhibition. The CEA can also assist companies wishing to exhibit directly.
